• International orders may require additional time depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


📍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress via the carrier’s tracking portal.


⚠️ Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

BE SO SELFISH® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier service disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Customs processing
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Delivery access issues

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility lies with the carrier.


🏠 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• The customer is responsible for reshipping fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Orders cannot be modified once fulfillment begins.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

BE SO SELFISH® is not liable for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

• Please contact the carrier directly
• Check with neighbors or your local postal office

Replacement shipments are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.


📦 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

• Contact info@besoselfish.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged items

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

• Some products may have carrier restrictions based on contents
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain regions
• Orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent may be canceled
